In these sessions, you will learn about your personality styles and how to build upon your strengths as a couple. PREPARE/ENRICH
I utilize PREPARE/ENRICH, an evidence-based premarital counseling program. To begin, you and your partner will complete an online assessment to guide the therapy sessions.
In five 90-minute sessions, we’ll cover topics that include marital expectations, communication, spirituality, conflict resolution, values, finances, intimacy, and family planning.
90-minute sessions allow us to spend more time in the session and go deeper— while allowing you to complete the program in fewer weeks. This is ideal if you are trying to complete counseling before your upcoming wedding.
Typically, the program is completed in 5 sessions, but additional sessions may be needed. When you’ve completed the program, you’ll receive a certificate of completion.
